Mother forced daughter to eat toilet paper and dog feces

Penny Lea Holloway, 42, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, was arrested and charged with four counts of child abuse. Holloway is accused by her 18-year-old daughter, who no longer lives with the woman, and family friends to have repeatedly performed various types of physical and emotional abuse on her other 14-year-old and 5-year-old daughters for years.

Witnesses reported to the Police that Holloway used to tie the two girls to a bed without food or water, forcing them to eat toilet tissue with dog feces on it, and making the youngest sleep in a in a portable dog carrier.

The children were usually left unattended for days at a time, while the 14-year-old was allegedly forced to take excessive amounts of the prescription drug Risperdal, an anti-psychotic medication.

According to the Police affidavit, "the defendant physically restrained the victims by the use of handcuffs, zip-ties, leather dog leashes and duct tape to the bed without food or water. The defendant also reportedly forced one of the victims to be locked in a dog crate overnight, and on several occasions each victim was forced to eat animal feces, insects and soiled toilet paper".

Holloway, who told the authorities she was diagnosed as a bipolar manic depressive, was arrested on Thursday night following a tip from a family friend.

"It's very disturbing" district Attorney Richard Gray said. "We're still trying to sort it out, and we're glad that her friend was willing to tip us off. We have no idea how much longer this would have continued."

Of course the proper punishment for this woman should be having her go to prison and be fed dog shit wrapped in toliet paper for her whole sentence. Then maybe she will realize what she did but probably not. What a sick person! Those poor kids! Don't have kids lady if you are not going to love them properly.
