NCAA American Indian mascot ban will begin Feb. 1

The NCCA says teams can't use Native American mascots in the post season but during the rest of the year its fine. What is the point of this, I guess they want to see how it works out so then they can eventuallytake away the mascots ,logo's, and names these teams have had for years. I personally don't see how they are "abusive or hostile" as they were called. Fighting Sioux doesn't sound abusive or hostile to me. The NFL will probably follow suit here and my beloved Redskins will lose their namesake. We just have to be so politically correct these days don't we. Its the same with airport security, the TSA has to check everyone, but i seriously doubt some 70 year old granny going to visit her grandchildren is strapped with a suicide vest. I'm not racist at all but in this situation its middle easterners who are committing the violence, so they should be the only ones checked in my opinion, but hey we wouldn't have to go through all this worrying if we stayed out of their business, and we didn't support countries like the illegal state of Israel. How much money do we give them every year, do they really still need our help. If someone was occupying our country wouldn't we fight to take it back in anyway we could? Intifada!!! All the way!!! Hmmm, I'll probably have the FBI knocking at my door now!!
